Għar Lapsi reefs & caves
A southern-coast dive area with limestone reefs, sandy patches and caves lit by openings in the rock. The different reef and cave sections vary in depth and demands. Ask a centre to choose an appropriate outing and assess sea conditions and access for your visit.
These pages help you choose places to discuss with a qualified dive centre. They are not dive plans or underwater navigation. Suitability and access depend on training, recent experience and conditions.
Site location
This is the dive-area reference point published on PADI’s site guide, corroborated with a local operator’s description. It is not a confirmed shore entrance, boat meeting point or underwater navigation aid. Arrange access with your centre.
